Save the worlds water

In Room 15 we read a book about saving water. There was a list of different activity's we had to do and the last activity was making a save the earths water poster. Did you know that 1% of the earths water is for drinking and using water for humans? Water is the most valuable thing a human could have. Oil is less valuable than water because you can survive without oil but you can't live without water. If we didn't have water this would happen: Plants die which means animals would because they would have no food then we would die because we would have no food or water. As you can see it is a possibility that we could run out of water which means we need to moderate our intake and make sure we are not polluting our water because if we pollute our ocean we will slowly

have less and less water which means we would have no water.

PJ Party



On the 16th of May it was PJ day. On PJ day we had a movie. We  had to vote on four different movies. The movies were Alpha and Omega, Monsters University, G-force, and also college trip . Everbody voted on Alpha and Omega but it wouldn't work on the computer so we watched0 Monsters University. Most people were wearing onesies but Jack Paarth Cody Aaron Saphyre Filipe Quanel and me either had two peicer PJS or no PJS. Then after when we wacthed Monsters University it was Lunch time. And after lunch we played soccer but thats a whole different story.

My favourite thing this term is  making sherbert in science. Tast(sour\sweet \acid\base)
My favourite thing this term is doing athletices.  Coming 3rd place in 200m run. Time 50.4.
My favourite thing this term is Kapa Haka.  We did it on Vardon stage.

High Jump

In room 8 we have been practicing athletics for the past 6 weeks. On Wendnsday 20th it is athletics day for the middle team. The junior team have all ready done athletics on Firday 15th. Room 8 have been practicing and practicing so much. We have been doing long jump, high jump, throwing, 100m sperint, 200m sperint and relays. This is a pic of me practicing high jump.

Kapa Haka Performance

 

On Thursday the middle syndicate Kapa Haka team performed
at a Kindergarten and resthome.This is the pic of me in my puipui.
 I have a mokpo painted on my face. I enjoyed looking beautiful in my Maori costume.
